The aDura case, if you have forgotten, was the incident in which the Palestinians produced a film showing a young boy caught in crossfire and eventually killed by Israeli bullets at the beginning of the so-called intifada. France2 broadcast this version, and continues apparently to adhere to it even in the face of evidence that it’s a hoax. When one man called them on perpetuating the fraud, they sued him for libel, and won in the lower court. Now an appeals court has ruled against France2.
