The Israeli cabinet has approved exchanging an unspecified number of Palestinians, several bodies, four Lebanese prisoners, and a brutal murderer for the bodies of the two Israeli soldiers whose kidnapping by Hezbollah provoked the ultimately failed Israeli invasion of Lebanon two years ago.
